In the past years, the demand for convenience products has grown significantly, both in commercial and household environments; consumers expect extended shelf lives without any loss of flavour and quality. To cover the growing demand for products of this type, we produce a variety of side-sealed, stand-up, five-seam, or gusset bags in a wide range of shapes and sizes. Depending on customer needs, various convenience features will be integrated: laser perforation, ziplock closure, tear notch, easy-peel, spouts, or valves.

Our pouchmaking machinery gives you access to all manufacturing options that address current production processes and customer requirements: Top-tier quality, flexibility, modern technologies, and sufficient capacities. With our latest-generation pouch machines, we can produce virtually all types of pouches in various shapes and formats. We can produce short runs and high volumes. On request, we can add convenience features such as laser scoring, easy-peel openings, zippers, valves, or integrated spouts. Thanks to flexible process management, we can quickly and competently comply with customer expectations.
Optimally packaged with WICOSEAL®
We can offer side-sealed bags, stand-up pouches, gusset bags, or five-seam pouches in a wide range of shapes and sizes. Depending on customer needs, various convenience or labelling features will be integrated. All of our pouches incorporate excellent oxygen and water vapour barriers and feature very high opacity.
Stand-up pouch
The stand-up pouch can be fitted with many convenience features such as laser perforation, starter notches, zippers, see-through windows, and spouts. In most cases, stand-up pouches are used for filling dry or wet products as well as medical, non-food, and pet-food products.
Gusset bag
The gusset bag is used for packaging dry products as well as medical and non-food products. The gusset bag is particularly suitable for bean or ground coffee and in general for pourable products.
Side-sealed pouch
The side-sealed pouch can be fitted with various convenience features such as laser perforation, starter notches, zippers, easy peel, and see-through windows. It is used for packaging dry and wet products as well as medical and non-food products.
Five-seam pouch
The five-seam pouch with an aluminium or transparent intermediate layer is suitable for packaging dry and powdery products as well as medical and non-food products. It is used especially for large volumes.
